For five years I ran marketing and communications at FRV, a global renewable energy company within the United States, the Middle East and Australia.
I was Project Manager and creative lead for the company's second and third brand redefinitions — concept, brand platform, brand book and rollout — including new corporate websites and corporate videos developed with agencies under my direction. The agencies executed; the thinking, the briefs, the content and the final decisions were mine. I also coordinated press, managed relationships with external PR agencies, and acted as the guardian of FRV's corporate narrative, identity and trademarkacross markets.
The challege
FRV is a global renewable energy company operating across multiple continents. As the business grew and repositioned, its brand had to grow with it — twice. Rebranding at this scale isn't a logo exercise; it's aligning identity, narrative and digital presence across markets, languages and stakeholders, while protecting the trademark and keeping every territory on message.

The approach
As the company's marketing and communications lead, I was project manager and creative driver for FRV's second and third brand redefinitions — concept, brand platform, brand book and rollout — including new corporate websites and corporate videos developed with agencies under my direction and production eye. The agencies executed; the structure, the thinking, the briefs, the content were mine. I also acted as guardian of the brand identity and trademark across every market. Global-scale brand work, coordinated across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Australia.
